Gallery 11/07/95 is the first memorial gallery-museum in Bosnia and Herzegovina created to preserve the memory of the genocide in Srebrenica, a small town in eastern Bosnia, where 8,372 were executed in July 1995. Permanent exhibition offers documentary accounts of what was left of Srebrenica post-genocide. Through a wide range of multimedia content, including photos, maps, audio and visual materials, this gallery-museum offers documentary and artistic interpretation of the events that took place in July 1995 in Srebrenica. On the other hand, through educational programmes and occasional thematic exhibitions, the Gallery focuses on current events in the world, but also the history of the former common state of Yugoslavia.
