Bijambare cave

Thirty kilometres north-east of Sarajevo, near Srednje, lies a special geological reserve Bijambare Cave with the Đurčin and Gornja caves.

At 950 meters above sea level, this cave, with four halls – the fourth one known as the “music hall” being the most spectacular one – is a remarkable underground treasure. Flowstones, travertines, draperies, curtains and other cave ornaments attract the attention of all visitors. The cave is surrounded by evergreen forests, and a 100 meters long lake before you reach the cave.
