Vatra Anadolije (Fire of Anatolia), one of the largest and most renowned dance groups in the world, brings the spectacular musical-dance performance TROY. This monumental stage story is inspired by the legend of Troy, one of the most famous events of the ancient world, described in Homer’s epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey.
The ensemble, consisting of 120 top professional dancers, has performed in more than 85 countries around the world, from the United States and Europe, through Egypt, including performances in front of the famous pyramids, all the way to China and Japan, before nearly 20 million spectators. Their excellence is also demonstrated by two Guinness World Records, one for an incredible 241 dance steps per minute, and the other for the most attended dance performance, held before as many as 400,000 spectators in Ereğli, Turkey.
