The Museum “Alija izetbegović”, opened exactly four years after the death of the President, on October 19, 2007. In the old fortress of the city, more precisely in the gateway to the towers of the Ploce and Širokac towers, thanks to the enthusiasts and admirers of the character and work of Alija Izetbegović, another monument was born, which, along with the Šehidska Kovača “Kovači”, speaks a permanent Bosnian story of life and death and the fight of the good against evil.
