The Main Bus Station is a place where most of the BUS traffic in Sarajevo arrives and departures. This includes all the Buses from Western, Eastern, Northern Europe, and South-Eastern Europe (Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia* & Montenegro*, etc), and most of the local BUS traffic in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Most of the Buses from Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina entity Republic of Srpska, will arrive/departure to/from Lukavica Bus Station, where comparing to the Main Bus Station there is a wider offer, but just in these segments.
