Around Sarajevo it is very much possible to find and easily visit couple of very interesting and very much beautiful rivers. Some of them are good for just sightseeing, fishing, hiking around them or rafting in the end. 

For example Rakitnica river, tributary to Neretva river with its most astonishing canyon, which is almost fully unreachable by car, only some small part, what makes it magical adventure.

Again, Neretva with its uncommon green color, Drina on the eastern border, Vrbas, Una on the north (perhaps B&H most magical river), Bosna in the Sarajevo suburbs, or some minor creeks and springs, which are just here at your disposal.
